1.Installation steps
Step 1: Cleaning and inspection
Clean the surface of the guide shaft with a dust-free cloth and check for scratches (replace if the scratch depth is greater than 0.05mm).
Step 2: Alignment
Use a micrometer to check the coaxiality of the shaft and the support seat (deviation ≤ 0.03mm).
Step 3: Bolt tightening
Tighten the bolts in diagonal order twice (torque reference table below):

Daily: Check the seal ring for damage every month.
Regularly: Add grease every 6 months (recommended brand: Shell Gadus S2).
