Selection Guide
1.Key factors for selection
Load type: radial/axial/combined load.
Environmental conditions: temperature, humidity, risk of chemical corrosion.
Movement mode: continuous rotation, oscillation or intermittent motion.
2.Installation considerations
Tolerance fit: H8/g7 or H7/f7 clearance fit is recommended.
Surface treatment: Ra≤0.8μm is recommended for shaft surface to reduce wear.
Avoid edge pressure: Ensure even load distribution.
Q1: Can oil-free bushings completely replace rolling bearings?
A: They are more advantageous in low-speed, heavy-load or maintenance-free scenarios, but rolling bearings are recommended for high-speed conditions.
Q2: How to determine bushing failure?
A: Abnormal noise, looseness or increased axial clearance (it is recommended to check the wear regularly).
Q3: Can it be used in extreme low temperature environments?
A: Special PTFE composite materials are available, which are resistant to low temperatures down to -100°C.
