The fixing ring is made of 45# steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials, and is used in conjunction with guide shafts, rotating shafts, round pillars, mounting bases, etc. According to the connection method, the fixing ring can be divided into stop screw type, open type, separation type, and handle type, and the inner diameter can be selected from 3~100mm.

The stop screw type has a stop screw attached, which is easy to install, but it will cause some damage to the shaft and cannot be disassembled frequently. In order to avoid damage to the shaft when fixing the shaft, open type, separation type, and handle type fixing rings can be used.
Among them, the handle type fixing ring is easy to install and can be disassembled frequently, while the separation type fixing ring can be installed later, which is convenient for maintenance and easy to disassemble. When the fixing ring is used with the guide shaft and the rotating shaft, the outer diameter tolerance requirements are: the outer diameter tolerance of the guide shaft is g6, h5, f8; the outer diameter tolerance of the rotating shaft is g6, h7
The uses of the fixing ring are:
- It can be used for general purposes such as block, positioning and fixing of pulleys;
- It can be used to fix the inner ring of the bearing;
- Various fixing plates, sensors and other parts can be installed by opening various mounting holes. The types of holes include through holes, screw holes, and countersunk holes;
- The fixing ring is equipped with a polyurethane A70 buffer sheet, which can be used as a buffer to avoid contact between metal parts and metal sounds;
- It can be used to fix the shaft end of the screw shaft.
