BCNC Screw support installation method

Screw Support Installation, Inspection and Maintenance Guide

1.Preliminary preparation

Tool preparation: Prepare the required tools, such as wrenches (select appropriate models according to the bolt size), hexagon wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.

Inspect components: Check whether the screw support seat, screw, bolts and other components are intact, and confirm that all necessary fasteners and accessories are complete.

Cleaning work: Make sure that the installation area and all components are clean and free of dust and debris.

Check the drawings: Determine the installation position of the screw support seat according to the equipment design drawings.

2.Installation steps

Mark the position: Use a marking tool to mark the mounting hole position of the support seat on the equipment mounting surface.

Align the position: Align the support seat with the marked position to ensure that it fits tightly with the mounting surface.

Preliminary fixation: Use appropriate bolts to fix the support seat on the mounting surface, and tighten it by hand first to ensure that the support seat is in the correct position.

Tighten the bolts: Use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts evenly according to the recommended tightening torque to ensure that the support seat is firmly fixed.

Install the bearing:
Install the angular contact bearing (fixed side) onto the screw shaft.

After the angular contact ball bearing is installed, tighten the locking nut and then fix the hexagonal set screw with the adjustment block. When fixing the hexagonal set screw with the adjustment block, apply a suitable adhesive to the set screw before tightening.

Anti-loosening measures are required when using the product under harsh conditions.

Install the angular contact ball bearing on the screw, fix it with a split ring, and then install the bearing on the housing.

Insert the screw: Insert the screw into the bearing hole in the support seat to ensure that the screw and the support seat fit tightly.

Apply lubricant: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the screw as needed to reduce friction and improve smoothness of operation.

Adjust the position: Use an Allen wrench or other appropriate tool to adjust the position of the screw to ensure the coaxiality and straightness of the screw.

Locking screw: If the support seat has a locking screw, tighten the locking screw with an Allen wrench to fix the screw.

3.Subsequent inspection and optimization

Precision inspection: Use a micrometer or micrometer to check the straightness and coaxiality of the screw to ensure that it is within the allowable tolerance range.

Trial run: Manually rotate the screw to check whether it runs smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise. Start the equipment, conduct a trial run, observe the working condition of the screw, and ensure that it runs stably.

Fine-tuning and optimization: According to the trial run, make necessary fine-tuning to ensure the perfect fit between the screw and the support seat.

4.Regular maintenance and care

Regular inspection: Regularly check and add lubricating oil to keep the screw and support seat in good lubrication condition.

Tightening inspection: Regularly check the tightness of the screw support seat and the screw to ensure that it does not loosen during operation.

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the installation area and components clean to prevent dust and debris from entering the support seat and affecting the operation quality.

Please note that different brands and models of screw support seats may have different installation methods and requirements, so the specific product should be referred to in actual operation.
