Support seat installation
(1) Install the fixed side onto the screw.
(2) Insert the fixed side, tighten the lock nut, and secure it with a spacer and hexagon socket fixing bolt.
(3) Secure the support side bearing to the screw shaft with a retaining ring and install it into the support side support seat.
Note 1: Do not disassemble the support unit.
Note 2: When inserting the screw shaft into the support unit, be careful not to turn over the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.
Note 3: When tightening the spacer with the hexagon socket fixing bolt, apply adhesive to the hexagon socket fixing bolt before tightening it to prevent loosening.

Installation on the workbench base
(1) When installing the ball screw nut on the workbench using the support, insert the nut into the support and tighten it temporarily.
(2) Tighten the fixed side temporarily to the base.
At this time, bring the table close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the axis center, and adjust the table so that the base can move smoothly.
◎ When the fixed side is used as the reference, adjust the ball screw nut to maintain a certain gap with the table or support.
◎ When the table is used as the reference, use a thin shim to adjust (for angle support units) or leave a certain gap between the outer surface of the nut and the inner surface of the mounting part (for round support seats).
(3) Bring the table close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the axis center. Move the table back and forth several times until the nut can move smoothly throughout the entire stroke, and temporarily tighten the support seat to the base.
Confirm the accuracy and fully tighten the support unit
◎ Use a micrometer to test the swing and axial clearance of the ball screw shaft end, and fully tighten the ball screw nut, nut support, fixed side, and support side in order.
Connection with the motor
(1) Install the motor support on the base.
(2) Connect the motor and ball screw with a coupling. (Pay attention to installation accuracy)
(3) Please make sure to conduct a sufficient test run.
