Technical features of oil-free bushings

1.Material composition

Material: high-strength copper alloy (such as tin bronze), cast iron or steel backing.

Lubricating layer: embedded graphite, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants.

Composite bushings: Some products use metal + engineering plastic composite structure (such as POM, nylon).

2.Key performance parameters

Parameter Typical value/characteristic
Friction coefficient 0.05~0.15 (under dry friction conditions)
Load capacity Static up to 200MPa, dynamic above 50MPa
Temperature range -50℃~+250℃ (depending on the material)
Applicable speed ≤2m/s (recommended for low-speed and heavy-load scenarios)

3.Design structure

Straight sleeve type: standard cylindrical bushing for radial load.

Flange type: with flange edge, with axial positioning function.

Open type: adjustable inner diameter for easy installation and disassembly.
