The screw support seat is used as a bearing to connect the ball screw and the motor. Better bearings are used to ensure the rigid balance between the screw support seat and the ball screw.
High rigidity and low torque contact angle are adopted to freely contact the ball bearing.
The support unit of the support base has an angular and circular series, and the design of the space size around the installation is considered. The support unit is small and easy to install, and is installed with preloaded bearings such as adjustment, which reduces the assembly personnel and improves the assembly accuracy.
BCNC screw support seat
- The BCNC support seat adopts better bearings, and a high-rigidity and low-friction angular contact bearing matching the rigidity of the ball screw is prepared at the fixed end;
- The locking nut with high processing quality is selected to achieve high-precision fixed bearings.
- The fixed end is installed with a lubricant sealing cover with a very small gap, and the support end adopts a double-sided impact sealing bearing, so the friction torque is suppressed.
In addition, during use, it should be noted that the spindle and the lubrication sealing cover cannot be removed. The ball screw support seat unit is installed after adjusting the preload bearing due to the small installation space.
