GIA00802 precision ground micro ball screw is a high-end transmission component designed for ultra-precision micro-motion scenes. It has a nominal diameter of 8mm, a lead of 2mm, and a compact body, suitable for micro-devices with strict space requirements.
It adopts nano-level grinding technology and high-hardness alloy steel material, and is carburized, quenched and surface coated (such as DLC coating) to ensure ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm (C3 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and excellent rigidity.
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure optimizes transmission stability, with a rated dynamic load of 1.5~3kN, a maximum speed of 4000~5000rpm, and is suitable for extreme temperature ranges from -30°C to 120°C. The miniaturized ball circulation system (end cap design) combined with a lightweight nut (total weight of about 150g) achieves low friction, low noise and high frequency response characteristics, and is specially designed for micron-level motion control.
It is widely used in cutting-edge fields such as high-precision medical equipment (such as gene sequencers), optical focusing systems, semiconductor wafer positioning, micro-robot joints and aerospace precision instruments.
The selection must strictly match the dynamic load and speed curve. Minimal lubrication and regular calibration maintenance are recommended. The core advantages are nano-level precision, ultra-high speed and long life. It is the core transmission solution for ultra-precision industry (specific parameters are subject to the manufacturer’s technical documents).
