GIB0802 precision ground micro ball screw is a high-performance component designed for ultra-precision micron-level transmission. It has a nominal diameter of 8mm and a lead of 2mm. It is extremely compact and suitable for micro-equipment with strict space requirements.
It adopts nano-level grinding technology and high-hardness alloy steel material, and is carburized, quenched and DLC coated to achieve ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm (C3 level), backlash ≤0.002mm, and excellent rigidity and wear resistance.
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure is combined with a micro end cap ball circulation system, with a rated dynamic load of 2~4kN, a maximum speed of 5000~6000rpm, and supports extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to 150°C, meeting the requirements of high and low temperature, vacuum and other harsh environments.
The lightweight nut (total weight is about 120g) and low friction design ensure high frequency response, low noise and ultra-long service life.
It is widely used in cutting-edge fields such as high-precision medical equipment (such as microsurgery robots), semiconductor lithography positioning, aerospace precision servos, micro industrial robot joints, and super-resolution detection instruments.
The selection needs to match the dynamic load and motion curve. It is recommended to use special grease and regular calibration maintenance. The core advantages are nano-level precision, extreme environmental adaptability and ultra-high reliability. It is the core transmission unit of ultra-precision equipment (the specific parameters are subject to the manufacturer’s technical manual).
