The GPA0805 precision ground micro ball screw is an ultra-small transmission component designed for high-precision micro-motion scenarios. It has a nominal diameter of 8mm, a lead of 5mm, a compact size, and is suitable for space-constrained equipment.
It adopts high-precision grinding technology and stainless steel/alloy steel materials, is carburized and quenched, and is equipped with a miniaturized end-cap ball circulation system to achieve ultra-high repeatability positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm (C3/C5 level).
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure effectively reduces backlash and improves transmission rigidity. The rated dynamic load is 2~4kN, the maximum speed is 3000~4000rpm, and it supports a wide temperature environment from -20°C to 100°C.
The surface nickel plating or DLC coating enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the lightweight design (total weight is about 200~400g) takes into account low friction, low noise and fast response characteristics.
