GPA1605 ground precision micro ball screw is a high rigidity, high precision transmission component with a nominal diameter of 16mm and a lead of 5mm, designed for medium and high load precision equipment.

Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, carburizing quenching and DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating treatment, it achieves ±0.005mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.

The single nut preload anti-backlash structure is combined with the end cover ball circulation system, with a rated dynamic load of 10~15kN, a maximum speed of 2500~3500rpm, and is suitable for a wide temperature environment of -30°C to 120°C. It has excellent dustproof and corrosion resistance and meets the requirements of harsh industrial working conditions.

Lightweight design (total weight is about 1.2~1.8kg) and low friction optimization ensure smooth operation, low noise and long life.
