Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, carburizing quenching and DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating treatment, it achieves ±0.01mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and has both high rigidity and wear resistance.
