GUA1204 Ground Precision Micro Ball Screw

GUA1204 ground precision micro ball screw is a micro component designed for medium and high load precision transmission, with a nominal diameter of 12mm and a lead of 4mm, which is suitable for the high-precision positioning needs of compact equipment.

Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, carburizing quenching and DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating treatment, it achieves ±0.005mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and industry-leading rigidity and wear resistance.

The single nut preload anti-backlash structure is combined with the end cover ball circulation system, with a rated dynamic load of 5~8kN and a maximum speed of 3000~4000rpm. It supports a wide temperature environment of -30°C to 120°C, excellent dustproof and corrosion resistance, and meets the harsh industrial working conditions.
