GUB1604 ground precision micro ball screw is a high-precision, high-rigidity micro transmission component with a nominal diameter of 16mm and a lead of 4mm. It is designed for medium and high loads and precision micro-motion scenarios.
Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, it is carburized, quenched and DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated to achieve ±0.005mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure is combined with the end cover ball circulation system, with a rated dynamic load of 8~12kN and a maximum speed of 3000~4000rpm.
