GUC1606 ground precision micro ball screw is a high rigidity, high precision micro transmission component with a nominal diameter of 16mm and a lead of 6mm, designed for medium load and high response scenarios.
Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, carburizing quenching and DLC coating treatment, it achieves ±0.005mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure is combined with the end cover ball circulation system, with a rated dynamic load of 12~18kN and a maximum speed of 2000~3000rpm.
