Manual Alignment Platform LX40-C Series

The LX40-C series manual alignment platform is a high-precision fine-tuning positioning device.

Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, it has a lightweight structure and excellent rigidity. It is equipped with precision ball guides and micrometer head drives to achieve a travel range of ±4mm and a high repeatability of ±0.01mm.

The surface of the platform is anodized, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and optional mounting holes are available to meet diverse load requirements.

Easy to operate, the X/Y axis can be fine-tuned in both directions by manual knobs, suitable for lens focus, laser calibration and laboratory instruments. The compact design and stable performance make it an ideal tool for precision manufacturing, scientific research and testing, ensuring efficient and accurate positioning adjustment.

This series of products are all composed of high-precision parts. Please avoid using them in environments with extremely high temperatures, extremely low temperatures, drastic temperature changes, direct sunlight, high humidity, high dust, high vibration, high impact, and easy condensation. Ambient operating temperature: 10~50℃, 20~70%RH (no condensation); Recommended operating temperature: 22±5℃, 20~70%RH (no condensation)
