The platform uses a high-quality aluminum alloy body, combined with a precision cross roller guide structure to ensure high rigidity, low friction and long-term stability, and the repeatability accuracy can reach ±0.005mm.
The product is equipped with a high-sensitivity differential adjustment mechanism (resolution 0.002mm/grid), supports independent fine-tuning of the X/Y axis in both directions, a travel range of ±5mm, and an integrated locking function to prevent displacement offset. The surface hard anodizing treatment enhances wear resistance, and the top is equipped with an M6 threaded hole array as standard, which is compatible with a variety of fixtures and load installations.
