Using nano-level grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel material, carburizing quenching and DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating treatment, it achieves ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm (C3/C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and has both high rigidity and wear resistance.

1. High transmission efficiency

The transmission efficiency of the ball screw transmission system is as high as 90% ~ 98%, which is 2 ~ 4 times that of the traditional sliding screw system. It can obtain a larger thrust with a smaller torque, and can also be converted from linear motion to rotational motion (reversible motion).

2. Smooth movement

The ball screw transmission system is a point contact rolling motion, with small friction resistance, high sensitivity, no vibration at startup, and no creeping at low speed, so it can precisely control micro-feed.

3. High precision

The ball screw transmission system has a small temperature rise during movement, and can pre-tighten to eliminate axial clearance and pre-stretch the screw to compensate for thermal elongation, so it can obtain higher positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

4. High durability

The rolling contact points of the steel balls are hardened (HRC58 ~ 63) and precision ground. The circulation system process is purely rolling, and the wear is relatively small, so it has a high service life and precision retention.

5. Good synchronization

Due to the smooth movement, sensitive response, no blockage, and no slip, using several sets of the same traditional ball screw system to simultaneously drive several identical parts or devices can achieve a good synchronization effect.

6. High reliability

Compared with other transmission machinery and hydraulic transmission, the ball screw transmission system has a very low failure rate and is relatively simple to maintain. It only requires general lubrication and dust prevention. It can work without lubrication in special occasions.

7. No backlash and high rigidity

The ball screw transmission system adopts the Gothic arch groove shape to achieve the best contact between the steel ball and the groove for easy operation. If the appropriate preload is added to eliminate the axial clearance, the ball can have better rigidity, reduce the elastic deformation between the ball and the nut and the screw, and achieve higher precision.
