MEF1605 ground precision micro ball screw is a high-performance micro transmission component with a nominal diameter of 16mm and a lead of 5mm. It is designed for high-precision, medium-load compact equipment.
Using ultra-precision grinding technology and high-strength alloy steel, it is carburized, quenched and DLC coated to achieve ±0.005mm level repeat positioning accuracy (C3/C5 level), backlash ≤0.003mm, and excellent rigidity and wear resistance.
The single nut preload anti-backlash structure combined with the end cover ball circulation system has a rated dynamic load of 8~12kN and a maximum speed of 2500~3500rpm. It is suitable for a wide temperature environment of -30°C to 120°C, and has outstanding impact and corrosion resistance.
The lightweight nut design (total weight of about 500g) is combined with low friction optimization to ensure smooth operation, low noise and long life.
